ZDL204DH underground loader : Trackless shovel loading short distance transportation equipment.

The ZDL204DH underground loader mainly used in conjunction with mining trucks in underground excavation and mining operations. Shovel loading of ore and various materials can greatly improve operational efficiency and is an important equipment for achieving trackless mining.

Technical Characteristics:

Application conditions for the ZDL204DH underground loader:

1. Tunnel Specifications:

• Suitable for tunnels with a cross-sectional size of 2.5meters (height) ×2.5meters (width) and above.
• Requires a firm top plate.
• Minimum turning radius of ≥ 5.3 meterson the outside.
• Road slope should be ≤ 14°.
• Adequate ventilation and drainagein the workplace.

2. Environmental Factors:

• Ambient temperature within the tunnel: -5°C to 40°C.
• Maximum relative humidity (at 25°C): Not more than 85%.
• Altitude of usage location: Not exceeding 1000 meters.
• In high-altitude areas (above 1000 meters), power reductionis required for operation.

3. Fuel Requirements:

• The sulfur content of the fuel used in this machine must not exceed 0.2%.
