La longueur du tunnel est inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 2000m, il ne peut donc pas d\u00e9placer le ventilateur pour fournir de l'air normalement, ce qui r\u00e9duit l'intensit\u00e9 de travail des travailleurs et \u00e9conomise le temps de ventilation. Il est principalement utilis\u00e9 dans la mine de charbon avec le risque d'explosion de gaz de m\u00e9thane et peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 pour la ventilation \u00e0 moyenne et longue distance de la face mini\u00e8re de charbon. La roue est install\u00e9e directement sur le prolongement de l'arbre du moteur, et le sens de rotation de la roue entre les \u00e9tages adjacents est oppos\u00e9. Apr\u00e8s avoir p\u00e9n\u00e9tr\u00e9 dans la roue de premier \u00e9tage pour obtenir de l'\u00e9nergie, le gaz est acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9 par la roue de deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9tage puis d\u00e9charg\u00e9 par la roue de troisi\u00e8me \u00e9tage ou la roue de quatri\u00e8me \u00e9tage. La roue \u00e0 \u00e9tage arri\u00e8re a la fonction de lame fixe dans le ventilateur \u00e0 d\u00e9bit axial ordinaire. Le ventilateur est compos\u00e9 de deux moteurs de travail ou plus, et les roues adjacentes tournent dans la direction relative. C'est-\u00e0-dire que le nombre de deux lames \u00e0 \u00e9tage est prime l'une \u00e0 l'autre. L'\u00e9nergie de l'air est obtenue par la roue \u00e0 premier \u00e9tage et est envoy\u00e9e apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 pressuris\u00e9e par la roue \u00e0 deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9tage. En plus d'augmenter l'\u00e9nergie d'\u00e9coulement d'air, la roue de deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9tage a \u00e9galement la fonction d'aube de guidage statique dans le ventilateur d'\u00e9coulement axial ordinaire. En obtenant la composante de vitesse dans le sens du redressement de la circonf\u00e9rence, la roue de deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9tage redresse l'impact du flux d'air, augmente l'\u00e9nergie du flux d'air, r\u00e9duit le vortex de r\u00e9veil et r\u00e9duit le bruit.<\/p>\n<p>2. Dans l'ensemble de l'\u00e9tat de travail de la courbe de performance du ventilateur, la performance du ventilateur est am\u00e9lior\u00e9e, la puissance de l'arbre d'h\u00e9lice \u00e0 deux \u00e9tages est \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e et la puissance maximale est \u00e9gale. Le point cl\u00e9 est de r\u00e9soudre le probl\u00e8me que la puissance de l'arbre de la roue \u00e0 deux \u00e9tages dans la paire originale de cyclones est d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibr\u00e9e. Lorsque la r\u00e9sistance de la conduite augmente, l'augmentation de la vitesse de puissance de l'arbre de deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9tape conduit \u00e0 une puissance d'arbre excessive de la roue au m\u00eame niveau, ce qui est facile \u00e0 br\u00fbler le moteur.<\/p>\n<p>3. Dans diverses conditions de travail, la pression du vent est relativement douce, le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne de surcharge est petit, l'op\u00e9ration est \u00e9galement stable dans la zone de haute pression du vent et de petit d\u00e9bit, la distance d'alimentation en air est loin dans le souterrain et l'adaptabilit\u00e9 est forte \u00e0 la route complexe.
