It is mainly used for Load Haul and Dump of underground mines for the loose material loading to transport after blasting, can also be used in railway, highway and water conservancy tunnel engineering, especially suitable for the job in bad conditions. The job site is narrow, muddy and low working face situations.
ZDWJ-1 is a small underground mining loader for 2.5 x 2.5 m mine tunnels. It uses lateral driving and operation. The cab is spacious, with a wide view and comfortable operation.
The whole machine adopts the central hinged and slewing bearing type body swing structure, which has better stability and passing ability.
The transmission system uses a hydrostatic transmission system (pump &motor) for continuously variable speed.
The Diesel LHD is capacity of 2 tons. It’s driven by DEUTZ Engine BF4L914, improves productivity and underground tunnel, and reduces the pollution efficiently.
