Product Introduction
The ZDL04T underground loader is mainly used in underground mines to shovel and transport loose materials after blasting. It can also be used in tunnel engineering such as railways, highways, and water conservancy, especially suitable for harsh working conditions, narrow, low, and muddy working surfaces. This machine adopts advanced Deutz air-cooled two-stage combustion low pollution engine, and is equipped with a platinum dry exhaust silencer. The transmission system adopts high performance torque converter and power shift gearbox produced by ZONGDA Company, which are easy to operate and stable. The braking system adopts a closed multi disc brake, equipped with POSI-STOP brake and American NO-SPIN anti slip differential, which is safe and reliable when working in harsh environments and high cement muddy tunnels. The main components of the vehicle’s hydraulic system are components from Parker or Bosch Rexroth. The hydraulic pilot valve controls the steering valve to drive the cylinder steering, and the action of the working device is controlled by the hydraulic pilot valve. The carefully designed main frame structure and five bar working mechanism ensure a beautiful appearance and high work efficiency.
