ZDL202 underground loader

ZDL202 underground loader :Trackless shovel loading and short distance transportation equipment

The ZDL202 underground loader mainly used in conjunction with mining trucks in underground excavation and mining operations. Shovel loading of ore and various materials can greatly improve operational efficiency and is an important equipment for achieving trackless mining.

This model has an articulated frame and an S-shaped anti six link mechanism for the working mechanism. The driver’s seat is located on the front body and has a protective driving shed. The swing mode is a rotary bearing, and the front axle is equipped with an anti-skid differential.

1. Technical Characteristics:

• Power System:The power system adopts a water-cooled, low pollution, low-speed, and high torque engine from Kunming Yunnei Company;
• Transmission: The power transmission system adopts a gearbox and torque converter, domestically produced spring brake hydraulic release drive axle, and mining cut resistant pneumatic tires;
• Driving Brake:The driving brake adopts a wet multi disc spring brake hydraulic release brake; MICO filling valve and brake valve; The parking brake adopts a spring brake on the drive axle for braking;
• Frame: The frame is a centrally hinged structure, with the rear axle swinging left and right around the center of the frame to improve the overall adhesion performance of the vehicle;
• Steering:Hydraulic power steering system with a single steering cylinder for the steering system;

• Safety Gear: Operators must wear safety helmets, carry self-rescue devices, and use mining lamps when entering the well.
• Regular Maintenance: Regular inspections and prompt addressing of hidden dangers.
• No Maintenance During Operation: Strictly prohibited to conduct maintenance while the machine is running.
• Safety During Welding/Cutting: Confirm absence of flammable or explosive materials before maintenance.
• Exhaust Pipe Precautions: Avoid physical contact with the hot exhaust pipe.
• Hydraulic System Maintenance: Pressure must be relieved before starting any repairs.

Usage Conditions for the ZDL202 underground loader

1. Tunnel Specifications:

• Suitable for tunnels with a cross-sectional size of 5 meters (height) × 2.5 meters (width) and above.
• Requires a firm top plate.
• Minimum turning radius of ≥ 4.3 meterson the outside.
• Road slope should be ≤ 14°.
• Adequate ventilation and drainagein the workplace.
  2. Environmental Factors:
• Ambient temperature within the tunnel: -5°C to 40°C.
• Maximum relative humidity (at 25°C): Not more than 85%.
• Altitude of usage location: Not exceeding 1000 meters.
• In high-altitude areas (above 1000 meters), power reductionis required for operation.
  3. Fuel Requirements:
• The sulfur content of the fuel used in this machine must not exceed 0.2%.
  4. Safety Precautions:
• Strictly prohibitedin places with flammable and explosive gases (such as gas and coal dust).
