DK series ground mining ventilation fan

It can be divided into explosion-proof type and non explosion-proof type. It has the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving and low noise. The highest static pressure efficiency of the product is more than 86%, which has reached the leading level of the main fan for mining in China. The material used for the fan has passed the friction spark test of the testing center of Chongqing Branch of Chinese Academy of Coal Sciences, and has reached the explosion-proof requirements. The explosion-proof performance of the whole fan has passed the explosion-proof test of the national explosion-proof electrical product quality testing center.

Characteristic

1. In order to meet the resistance requirements of the coal mine ventilation network and ensure the efficiency of the ventilator, the counter rotating structure is adopted for the ventilator, that is, two fans of the same model are connected together, and the impellers of the two fans rotate in the opposite direction, so the middle guide vane can be omitted and the loss of the middle guide vane can be reduced, and the efficiency is improved.

The traditional structure of the long shaft or belt pulley drive of the main fan of the mine is changed by the form of direct connection of the motor and the impeller, which avoids the damage accident of the drive device, eliminates the energy loss of the drive device, and improves the efficiency of the fan device. Because of its simple structure, except for regular oil filling of motor bearings, it generally does not need maintenance and can run continuously for a long time.

3. When the motor power of this series of fans is less than 200kW, YBF series explosion-proof motors with voltage of 380V, 660V or 1140V of Yb series derivative series shall be matched; when the power is more than 200kW, YBF series 6000V high-voltage explosion-proof energy-saving motors can be matched according to the needs of the mine. The motor is installed in the airtight cover in the main air duct. The airtight cover has certain pressure resistance, which can insulate the motor from the gas contained in the fan flow passage, and also play a role in heat dissipation. The airtight cover is equipped with two rows of streamline air pipes, which are connected with the ground air through the main air duct, so that the fresh air can flow into the airtight cover, and at the same time, the air in the cover can run in the fan Maintain positive pressure in. Due to the adoption of various technical measures in the design, the motor always works under the condition that the gas concentration is less than 1%, which meets the requirements of safety and explosion-proof.

4. The highest static pressure efficiency of this series of fans can reach 86%, the high efficiency area is wide, the static pressure efficiency is more than 70% of the working area, which can ensure that the main fan efficiency of the mine is more than 75% in three mining stages, reverse the low operating efficiency of the main fan of large mines in China, and save a lot of electric energy.

5. A steady flow ring is installed in the main air duct. The performance curve of the fan has no hump and surge, and it can operate stably under any resistance condition. The noise is low. The noise of most models of this product is less than 90dB (a) without muffler. If the user has more strict requirements on noise, the factory can be equipped with muffler.

6. All blades of this series of fans can be adjusted or one of them can be operated independently, so the adjustable range is extremely wide. In the initial stage of mine operation, only the primary fan can be operated.

7. The fan of this series has stable operation and small vibration. Both the fan and the diffuser are installed on the flat car with wheels, which can operate continuously for a long time.

8. The fan can be reversed. Under various working conditions, the reverse air rate is more than 60%. There is no need for the reverse air duct, only a simple ventilation room and electric control duty room need to be built. It can save a lot of capital construction investment.

9. The side moving fan adopts the side moving structure, that is, two main engines are parallel mounted on a flat car that can move back and forth laterally, two main engines alternately use only one return air channel, and the flat car is pulled by a small winch with double circuit power supply. When the working fan needs to be overhauled, first open the sealing belt at both ends of the main engine, then pull out the positioning pin of the flat car, then start the small winch to move the standby fan to the working position, and then start the whole process of the standby fan operation, which can be completed within 5 minutes by only one person, fully meeting the provisions of the coal mine safety regulations.

Model and matching motor power determination

Generally, the fan model should be selected according to the most difficult ventilation period in each stage of mining. At the same time, we should also consider that in the initial stage of mining, when the negative pressure is low and the air volume is small, we should also obtain more than 70% of the operating static pressure efficiency. Only in this way can we give full play to the efficient and energy-saving function of DK series fans.

For the mine whose ventilation network parameters differ greatly in the three stages of mining, only one stage of DK series fan can be operated at the initial stage of mining, and the other stage can be used as standby.

Generally, when DK series fans are selected according to the three stages of mining, the operating efficiency of each stage should be over 75%, and the most difficult period should be over 80%. If the fan with the above operating efficiency cannot be found in the sample, you can contact our factory to adjust the parameters of the fan to meet the above conditions.
