    • ZDL201 is a 1.2t diesel LHD designed for underground metal ore mining and transportation. The equipment is compact in size and small in turning radius, which is suitable for operation in narrow tunnels.

     

    • The engine adopts the latest generation of high-power low pollution engine D914L04 of Deutz, with strong power and excellent performance..

     

    3) 6.3 the silencer adopts Canadian ECS platinum dry exhaust silencing purifier, which reduces air pollution and improves the downhole operation environment

    • Linde 55 series variable displacement pump of Germany and the latest generation 55 series variable displacement hydraulic motor of Sauer Danfoss of the United States are  adopted, which is different from the old PV22 and MV23 series manufacturers. Linde hydraulic system of Germany and Sauer hydraulic system of the United States are internationally famous brands, with low failure rate and perfect matching. They have achieved the best matching with DEUTZ engine, that is, they can give full play to the maximum efficiency of the engine, effectively guarantee the service life of the whole vehicle and the axle, reduce the maintenance cost, and improve the equipment attendance rate and ore extraction efficiency.

     

    5) Q345B low alloy steel is selected as the main material for the frame and plate of the whole vehicle. The lower yield limit of this material is about 345mpa, which can withstand various loads from inside and outside the vehicle. It is not only guaranteed in strength, but also welded and formed through seven processes such as normalizing, aging, sandblasting and anti-corrosion. Therefore, it meets the requirements of the frame and working device for structure, power and motion.

     

    6) The heavy-duty PC15 axle is selected as the drive axle. Compared with the light-duty axle of other manufacturers, it is durable and has high impact strength, reducing the failure rate. The drive axle is a normally closed wet drive axle. Through spring braking and hydraulic release, the reliability and safety are improved. It is suitable for complex underground road conditions and shovel loading conditions.

    7) The copper sleeve of the whole machine is made of high-strength brass and radially embedded with ordered cylindrical graphite filler as the friction material. The embedded solid lubrication is easy to form a lubrication film, which plays a great role in its friction and wear performance. It has the advantages of high precision, strong bearing capacity and good wear resistance.

     

    8) The pin shaft is made of 40Cr alloy steel, which needs to undergo five processes including rough turning, quenching and tempering, fine turning, quenching and fine grinding to ensure the stability of the pin shaft of ZONGDA ZDL201 during the working period.

     

    9) The hydraulic oil tank adopts acid washing and high-pressure treatment technology, which is different from the manual cleaning of other manufacturers, thus ensuring the cleanliness of the hydraulic system and making the pump and motor last longer.

    10)   the swing design of the rear axle with the intermediate slewing bearing is adopted, which makes the structure more reasonable and the handling comfort and safety better.

    4. Processing technology of ZONGDA products

    1. large cutting and welding center to ensure the process environment and equipment requirements for structural parts processing.

     

    1. The frame structure is processed by a large-scale CNC machining center. It is clamped once and the double holes are bored once to ensure the machining accuracy.

     

    1. 3.large annealing furnace shall be used to conduct one-time annealing heat treatment to avoid deformation and cracking caused by frame stress. Manufacturing and processing of riveted and welded parts such as front and rear frame, boom and bucket:

    Processing technology of main parts of oil cylinder:

    • cylinder barrel: welded oil port honing to ensure cylinder barrel out of roundness.
    • piston rod: made of 40CrMo material, the process is: forging – rough turning – quenching and tempering – fine turning – boring – grinding – hard chromium plating – polishing. ü

    Processing technology of main shaft parts:

      1. The vehicle shall be inspected according to gb25518-2010 and JB / t5500-2015 safety requirements for Underground LHD before leaving the factory. After-sales: After the equipment arrives at the demander site, our company dispatches after-sales service personnel to assist in the safe delivery of the equipment to the demander.

          Location of equipment and installation and commissioning of equipment until normal use.

          After the installation and commissioning of the LHD, our staff is responsible for training your driving and maintenance personnel until they are skilled in operating the equipment, master basic maintenance knowledge and daily precautions.

            (2) Response time to solve quality and operational problems

            No matter inside or outside the warranty period, if there is a technical problem with the scraper in the future and you can not eliminate it by yourself, the company will send professional and technical personnel to the site for repair within 8-12 hours after receiving your notice. The company is always ready to provide technical support when you need to consult on technical problems in use. The company carries out a 3-month regular return visit system and sends after-sales personnel to the site every three months to check the usage and help solve the problem.

            (3) Free maintenance program and duration

            • Product structure parts (arm, front frame, rear frame) are guaranteed for normal use for 24 months;
            • Other components are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of delivery to the demander’s premises, except for engine       manufacturer’s regulations and fragile parts.
